Harley Fatahillah Yodhaloka Sunoto, a 14-year-old coastal conservationist, founded "Mangrove Warrior" to protect Surabaya's vulnerable fishing communities by planting tens of thousands of mangroves and developing sustainable products with local women to support the coastal economy.
